2021-2025 Strategic Plan
The Rowing Advisory Council (RAC) has adopted the following Strategic Plan for the next five years. This is a living document that will change and evolve, but currently represents the best efforts of our advisory council to articulate the vision, mission, values, and goals/tactics that we believe should guide us in pursuit of a better Green Lake Crew.
